Twin Cities R!SE admits new participants continuously throughout the year. Our 8 week My Road to Success! program sessions begin each month with both morning and afternoon options available to meet the scheduling needs of each individual.

TO QUALIFY FOR TWIN CITIES R!SE, YOU MUST:

• Be able to work legally in the U.S. 

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have a personal earned income of no more than $25,000 in the previous year

• Demonstrate English fluency and basic literacy

• Have no criminal sexual conduct crime or arson charges
